    Based on the recommendation of both nutritionists and body builders, I purchased my first container of GF Pro a week ago. I was previously using Myoplex and other EAS products, but found that they were difficult to mix – even using a blender left them tasting chalky. I really didn’t enjoy the flavors either, although they were bearable. I’m using the GF Pro Blueberry Madness and mixing it with V8 Fusion (Strawberry Banana) and I absolutely LOVE the taste. I actually crave my next shake. Plus, there are no mixing problems with the blender. GF Pro has no carbs, but in order for your body to absorb the protein that you are consuming, you need to have carbs along with this protein powder. The V8 Fusion drinks provide 1/2 cup serving of vegetables and 1/2 cup serving of fruit in every 8 oz, so I am getting a very healthy protein shake very easily. I’m also adding a serving of Fiber Sure since it doesn’t alter the taste and I want to make sure I’m getting enough fiber in my diet. I haven’t tried any flavor other than Blueberry Madness, but I am ordering the chocolate this week. Also, the price here on Amazon.com is hard to beat. I fully recommend this product.
